Lead by chefs Will Dennard & Jack Southan, Wolfsmouth deliver street food inspired dining.


Will & Jack became good pals a few years ago in London working at the much loved Psychic Burger. After moving to the south coast and a spell at Brighton’s acclaimed small plates restaurant Plateau, they created Wolfsmouth in Spring 2018.

Following a series of sell out pop-ups, the team are now in residency across three locations in Brighton, looking to serve the most delicious burgers, pizza, and tacos they can at affordable prices using the best ingredients they can source.

Using experience, knowledge and open thinking, Wolfsmouth focus on ingredients which are often overlooked and strive to make them extraordinary.
